- Usage Data: Test history, section scores, weak areas detected, study streaks
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version
- Performance Data: Crash reports and error logs
- Analytics: Anonymized usage patterns

- Location data
- Contact list or photos
- Microphone or camera access
- Social media profiles
Payment Information
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information.

AI Processing
We use Anthropic's Claude API and OpenAI's GPT-4o to generate questions, explanations, and essay grades. Your prompts and essay responses are sent to these providers, but they do not train their models on your data or retain it beyond providing the service.

Data Storage & Security
- Backend Server: Hosted on Railway.app (US-based servers)
- Database: PostgreSQL with encryption
- Transport: All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
Data Retention
- Active Users: Data retained while you use the app
- Inactive Users: Deleted after 2 years of inactivity
- Deleted Accounts: Permanently removed within 30 days
Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data by emailing gre@nerzia.com
- Delete: Delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Opt-Out: Contact us to disable analytics tracking
- Correct: Contact us to update inaccurate information
We respond to all inquiries within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
nerzia GRE Prep is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover a user is under 13, we will delete their account immediately.
International Users
Our servers are located in the United States. EU users have all GDPR rights. California users have all CCPA rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
