Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to nerzia GRE Prep. These Terms of Service govern your use of the nerzia GRE Prep mobile application and related services.

By using nerzia GRE Prep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use nerzia GRE Prep.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission
We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 (COPPA compliance)

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

License to Use

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use nerzia GRE Prep for personal, non-commercial GRE test preparation purposes.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
Copy, modify, or distribute our content, including practice test questions
Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
Share your account with others
Use bots or automated tools
Attempt to access other users' data

GRE Practice Content

Pre-Made & AI-Generated Questions

nerzia GRE Prep provides both curated practice tests and AI-generated questions using Anthropic's Claude AI.

Important Disclaimer:

Practice questions are provided "as is" for study purposes
We do NOT guarantee 100% accuracy of questions, answers, or explanations
AI-generated explanations may occasionally contain errors
nerzia GRE Prep is NOT affiliated with or endorsed by ETS (the maker of the GRE)

Educational Use Only

nerzia GRE Prep is a supplementary study tool for GRE test preparation.

Do NOT rely solely on nerzia GRE Prep for your GRE preparation
Always verify important concepts with official ETS materials
Predicted scores are estimates based on practice performance and may not reflect your actual GRE score
Use nerzia GRE Prep alongside other study resources for best results

User Responsibilities

Appropriate Use

You agree to use nerzia GRE Prep lawfully and appropriately:

For personal GRE test preparation
Not for cheating on actual exams
Not to reproduce or distribute practice test content

Reporting Issues

If you find incorrect content or bugs, please report them via Settings or email us at gre@nerzia.com.

Intellectual Property

Our Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of nerzia GRE Prep are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

App design and user interface
Practice test questions and explanations
AI prompts and algorithms
Branding (nerzia name, logo, etc.)

GRE Trademark

GRE is a registered trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). nerzia GRE Prep is not endorsed by or affiliated with ETS.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your test answers and user-generated content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your anonymized data to improve our question quality and scoring algorithms.

We will NEVER sell your personal data (see Privacy Policy).

Payments & Subscriptions

Free Tier

nerzia GRE Prep offers a free tier with daily limits on practice tests and AI explanations.

Premium Subscription

Premium unlocks unlimited practice tests, AI explanations, full score analytics, and more.

Weekly: $4.99/week
Monthly: $14.99/month
Annual: $129.99/year

All plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Disclaimers & Limitations

No Score Guarantee

nerzia GRE Prep does not guarantee any specific GRE score.

Predicted scores are estimates based on your practice test performance. Your actual GRE score depends on many factors including test-day conditions, preparation beyond this app, and your overall readiness.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate content, or exam success.

Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Effect

Upon termination, your license ends immediately and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation.
