By using Nerzia, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information.
We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate test questions and explanations. Your test prompts are sent to Anthropic, but they do not train their models on your data or retain it beyond providing the service.

Request a copy of all your data by contacting team.nerzia@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days with a JSON export.
Delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Contact us to disable analytics tracking for your account. The app continues to work normally.
Download your data in machine-readable format (JSON) at any time.

Nerzia is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover a user is under 13, we will delete their account immediately.

Nerzia is available worldwide. Our servers are located in the United States.
Your data is processed lawfully under GDPR. You have all rights listed above. Data transfers to the US are covered by standard contractual clauses.
You have the right to know, delete, and opt-out. We do not sell your personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the app, sending an in-app notification, and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
